Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Opened or used products
• Gift cards
• Final sale items (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
